ENCLAVE came to Kit & Co with a need to design their HR Benefit Guide. It was previously a Word doc that was pieced together by the HR department. Since it was such a large document, it needed to be easy to read and find information quickly.

The project goal was to build out the benefits guide according to their new brand that was developed in 2020. The booklet ended up being over 50+ pages and was designed so the supporting graphics such as tables, charts, color blocks and patterns could be used as a template in other internal documents.

The redesign guided the internal team who were able to use the elements across different mediums. The internal team now uses the color blocked graphic look in their social media and print advertising.
